This course covers the communication process, models of communication and kinds of communication. It emphasizes both oral and written communication which includes speech preparation, interviews and business communication. It is an introduction to the basic principles of academic research. It also focuses on in text - citation, referencing, bibliography styles, required for organizing scholarly research papers.
