Course Description: An introduction to the organization, training, motivation, and direction of employees with a view to maintaining their productivity and morale at high levels.  Among topics covered are the scope of human resources management, significance of human factor, challenges in the HRM, how to sustain the interest of employees, planning and goal setting, evaluating and controlling performance, motivating others, , managing conflicts.
