This course is an intermediate-level Greek New Testament which is the last part of a four-part sequence study of the Greek New Testament for beginning students. This course is concentrated on basic vocabulary and analysis of the morphology and grammar and verbal system of the Greek of the New Testament. The course is intended to prepare students for New Testament translation and exegesis. Through a variety of routes: reading activities, weekly assignments, quizzes, and exams, students will appreciate the grammar of the Greek New Testament. The core textbook foe this course is "Daniel B. Wallace's The Basics of New Testament Syntax: An Intermediate Greek Grammar. Every week we’ll have at least two quizzes to situate us on our trek. We will walk together, one step at a time. The aim of such language acquisition is to understand more deeply and communicate more effectively the message(s) of the NT.
