Focuses on the management of change in the organization station and swells on the types of organizations and how their different structures impact on change management. The main topics covered are; performance, design strategies, concept of power, organizational politics, change, renaissance, grow than decline, organizational and management of change.

The goal of this course is to cover the essential theory and practice concepts of change management

On completion of the course, the student should be able to:
1. Understand the conceptual and theoretical frameworks of change and crisis management in a variety of business environments, from simple and stable to complex and unstable.
2. Demonstrate and appreciate a concrete knowledge on practices and techniques for managing change 3. Critically evaluate research in and theories of change
3. Apply concepts and theories to practical problems of change management in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
4. Prepare plans to manage Change for commercial, non-commercial, church run, NGOs and governmental ventures.
