
The HRM (Human Resource Management) course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, practices, and strategies involved in effectively managing human resources within organizations. The course covers various key areas of HRM, including need for human resource management, ethical and legal frameworks for HRM, human resource planning; staffing; employee development; performance management; reward management; employee separation; workplace health, safety and wellbeing; employee relations, HR metrics; as well as international human resource management and other current issues.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the role of HRM in supporting organizational objectives and fostering employee engagement and productivity. They will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to handle HRM challenges and make informed decisions in diverse workplace settings. This course has been designed and developed for the student of general management whose job will involve responsibility for managing people in a global environment.
